01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and dk44, operated under the domain dk44.cam ("dk44", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the dk44 website, its content, information services, betting markets, casino products and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

dk44 operates as an online sports betting and casino information platform. The Platform provides Pakistani users and other eligible players with access to sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, HBL PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and live casino products. By accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, refer-a-friend reward or other promotional benefit offered by dk44 subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of identity documents (such as a valid CNIC), proof of address and payment method confirmation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which Account balances are displayed on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total qualifying bet volume that must be met before a Bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 12 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities available to Account holders.
• "Platform" has the meaning given in Section 1 above.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws and regulations applicable to you in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan where applicable.

03 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or placing a bet through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understood their content and unconditionally agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific product terms, bonus terms or promotional conditions that may be published separately on the Platform.

Where specific product or promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency, unless expressly stated otherwise.

04 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or the applicable licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under Applicable Law, or you have satisfied yourself through independent legal advice that your participation is lawful.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director or associate of dk44 or its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not have an existing Account on the Platform that has been suspended or closed for cause.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services in a jurisdiction that requires recognition of such exclusion.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.

05 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full features of the Platform, including deposit, wagering and withdrawal functions, you must complete the Account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other accepted identity document, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number.

dk44 applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal request is processed:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, Passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet Account in your name, bank statement showing account holder name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested for compliance, anti-money laundering or fraud prevention purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification to dk44's satisfaction may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights, suspension of the Account, or permanent closure of the Account. Funds held in an Account that cannot be verified may be withheld pending resolution.

06 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dk44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must immediately notify dk44 support by email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Upon receipt of such notification, dk44 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation.

All transactions carried out using your Account credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you. You agree not to hold dk44 liable for transactions completed before you notified us of any unauthorised access.

07 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your Account must be made using a payment method accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the live cashier and may change from time to time without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account in PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction where a currency conversion is required.

The following payment methods are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails. Their mention here is for informational context only and does not constitute confirmation of current availability, nor does it imply that any of these providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet (subject to provider policy and operator cashier availability)
• JazzCash mobile wallet (subject to provider policy and operator cashier availability)
• Raast — SBP Instant Payment (subject to operator acceptance and provider compliance)
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other participating banks
• Cryptocurrency transfers including BTC and USDT (where available)

dk44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit, to request evidence of the source of funds, and to return deposits in the event that applicable compliance obligations are not met. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

08 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the Account or another payment method verified as belonging to you, subject to operator policy. dk44 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until all required documents have been reviewed and approved. Processing timeframes vary by payment method, operator policy, verification status and applicable compliance requirements. No specific processing speed is guaranteed.

• E-wallet withdrawals (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast): timeframe varies; subject to provider compliance rules and availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others): typically processed within operator-stated business days following approval.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT): subject to blockchain confirmation times and applicable network fees.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the cashier. dk44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a defined threshold or where the transaction triggers an anti-money laundering review.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

dk44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus principles apply across all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

dk44 reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. All bonus awards are subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

10 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport or market. General principles include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dk44 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except where a demonstrable system error has occurred.
• Odds are set by the operator and may change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, dk44 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund stakes without liability.
• Live in-play bets are subject to an acceptance delay. Bets placed after a material in-play event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored) that has not yet been reflected in the displayed odds may be voided at dk44's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per event and per market. Limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Cricket-specific rules (including Duckworth-Lewis adjustments for rain-affected PSL matches and ICC ODIs) are stated in the cricket sports rules section of the Platform.

11 Responsible Gambling

dk44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all Account holders at any time and at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to incur over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each play session, after which you will be prompted to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion immediately.

Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. Being 18 or over does not render gambling lawful in all jurisdictions. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use self-exclusion tools immediately and to contact a recognised gambling support organisation in your jurisdiction.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. dk44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account and to forfeit all associated balances where Prohibited Conduct is identified:

• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing another person to access your Account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, coordinated betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and abuse of refer-a-friend schemes.
• Funding your Account with proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is ineligible to hold an Account.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or corruption of sports events.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Any conduct that in dk44's reasonable assessment constitutes fraud, misrepresentation or a breach of applicable law.

13 Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, odds data, software, design elements and the dk44 brand identity — is the property of dk44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dk44.

You may access and use Platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform's intended purpose. Any unauthorised commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may expose you to legal liability.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk44, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or with Applicable Law.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of odds, results or sports data displayed on the Platform.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) in connection with your use of that provider's services.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, dk44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

15 Legal Jurisdiction & Pakistan

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk44 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Pakistan-specific notice: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial laws impose significant restrictions on gambling activities within Pakistan. Online gambling exists in a legally complex position under Pakistani law. dk44 does not represent, warrant or guarantee that your access to or use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law or any other applicable law. This section does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

dk44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after the published Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

17 Suspension & Termination

dk44 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have engaged in or are suspected of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 12.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Applicable law or a regulatory requirement obliges us to do so.
• We reasonably determine that continuing to provide services to you creates a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to Prohibited Conduct, dk44 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances held in the Account, including any pending withdrawal requests, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and compliance checks.
